Episode 078: Songs The Cramps Taughts Us, Part I

Drawing entirely from the, "Lux & Ivy's Favorites" series, I pull out all the stops and deliver, "Songs The Cramps Taughts Us." This is primitive rock and roll from the '50's and '60's, raw, raunchy, and often inappropriate. Totally the punk rock of its time, I'm just beginning to discover the true gems from this era, and this is but a mere sampling. Expect more, soon. Program Playlist: http://kpsu.org/node/33987

A Work Show (11 April, 2007) Part III of III

Part III of III. This show from the Spring of 2007 was one of my favorites that existed in an incomplete form ever since its original broadcast. I had just discovered a lot of avant rock and jazz, so this show features music by The Work, Evolutionary Jass Band, Wilson Pickett, Aids Wolf, Captain Beefheart, and Hella, along with a slew of other bands. I was quite fond of this show, and so I'm very happy to have it in a complete form now. Playlist Link: http://kpsu.org/node/3719
